The VQGFS5301 is a freestanding, cart-mounted version of Viking’s 5 Series Q grill, giving it the same 30″ burner configuration as the built-in VQGI5301 but in a self-contained unit that doesn’t require an outdoor kitchen island. Before any burner or igniter service, the propane tank valve or natural gas shutoff should be closed first, the same safety step that applies to any Viking gas grill regardless of cart or built-in configuration.
