Sold under Viking’s original Professional Custom Select lineup, the VESO1272 predates the current VESO527x/VESO52xx naming used across today’s 5 Series single wall ovens. It shares the same fundamental hidden-bake-element and TruConvec convection design that Viking carried forward into later generations, which keeps diagnosis straightforward even on a unit this old.
