The VDOF730 extends the French-door design across both cavities of a double wall oven, giving it four independently opening door panels in total. That doubles the door-seal check a technician runs compared to the single-cavity VSOF730, but each cavity’s heating and sensor hardware is otherwise diagnosed the same way as any other Viking double oven.
