The VDR5364G combines a griddle-equipped gas cooktop with an electric ProFlow oven underneath, on a 36″ 5 Series chassis. The griddle’s own heating element and thermostat are diagnosed separately from the sealed burners, so an uneven griddle surface doesn’t point to a problem with the rest of the cooktop.
